ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br /> Douglas Ledingham spoke about the traffic and parking issues due to the Peninsula Swim <br /> School located at the comer of Stafford and C Street. He stated that 2 weeks prior a fatality had <br /> occurred and that the 3-way intersection is very dangerous. <br /> <br /> Mayor Ruskin asked that Police Chief Bolanos look into the problem. <br /> <br /> Rudy Luca spoke of a two-fold situation, one being the need for a street light between Hudson <br /> and Iris.
