Council comments included appreciation for staff's creativity and a system that is <br /> welcoming to the community. Positive remarks were made toward the waterfront park <br /> and roundabout concept and the feel of people being able to walk to the area via a <br /> pathway. Great potential with a nice look about it. The Architectural Review <br /> Committee should meet with Council and where there are questions involved a written <br /> response should be provided. Where there are conjectures an opinion should be given. <br /> The potential of a presentation on a computer-generated screen was brought up as a <br /> useful tool. <br /> <br />12.
