<br />DV AGR0'3.rxJC <br />August 26, 1996 <br /> <br />significant number of construction jobs during buildout and <br /> <br />other jobs generated by the presence of a well-educated and <br /> <br />highly compensated workforce, including but not limited to, the <br /> <br />multiplier impact of creation of demand for retail and other <br /> <br />support services in the area; <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Improvement of the jobs/housing balance at Redwood Shores by <br /> <br />providing new employment opportunities for residents of the <br /> <br />new housing stock proposed or under construction at Redwood <br /> <br />Shores; <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Development of an innovative project which incorporates the <br /> <br />highest quality architectural solutions, building materials and <br /> <br /> <br />landscaping concepts, including the extension of the existing <br /> <br />common area walkways; <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />Payment of a total amount of Facility Fees that exceeds the cost of <br /> <br />District projects directly benefiting Flatirons (i. e., the Shoreline <br /> <br />Drive extension), thereby providing City with additional funds <br /> <br />to construct other projects within the District beneficial to the <br /> <br />public such as public parks, playgrounds, levees, and other <br /> <br />projects beneficial to residential neighborhoods; <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />Installation of long-needed infrastructure improvements' (i. e., <br /> <br />the Shoreline Drive extension) that will improve traffic <br /> <br />circulation within Redwood Shores; <br /> <br />-4- <br />
