<br />eVI--I1 R IT H <br /> <br />Zone One Illustrative Plan <br /> <br />Zone One of the Development will consist of a five <br />story and a ten story office building; a parking <br />garage and parking lot; and possibly a low-rise <br />special purpose accessory structure. In this <br />Zone, common area will be landscaped to connect <br />the existing common area to intersections and to <br />the existing water feature. In addition, this land- <br />scaping will create boundaries and a "landscape <br />frame". These boundaries will help form a sense <br />of completion before the other phases begin, so <br />that the view to surrounding lots will not be so <br />dominating.
