ElecLTonic Arts Master Plan Project, and the General Plan of the City of Redwood City, and Conditions of Approval. The City Council approved the following resolutions: 1) Resolution No. 12819, Resolution Approving The Technical Addendum To The Redwood Peninsula Environmental Impact Report And Certifying The Redwood Peninsula Impact Report And Technical Addendum As The Project Environmental Impact Report and adopting Findings, Facts in Support of Findings, and Statement of Overriding Considerations Regarding the Environmental Impact Report for the Electronic Arts Headquarters Master Plan and adopting a Mitigation Monitoring Program; and 2) Resolution No. 12821, Resolution Approving The Planned Development Permit, approving Planned Devefopment Permit PD10307-5, and adopting Findings of Consistency Between the Electronic Arts Master Plan Project, and the General Plan of the City of Redwood City, and adopting Conditions of Approval. Resolution No. 12819 and Resolution No. 12821 are hereby incorporated into this letter by this reference. By so dóing, the City Council approved Planned Development Pennit PD10307-5, subject to the following conditions: 1) That the Development Agreement be reviewed and approved by the City Council as submitted. 2) That the applicant shall obtain development plan approval for each phase. Each development plan shall be subsequently reviewed qnd approved by the Architectural Advisory Committee and Planning Commission as provided in the Development Agreement. 3) That the applicant shall comply with all provisions of Part 77 of the Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to the project. That following development plan approval, the applicant shall also obtain all necessary permits prior to construction including Architectural and Building Permits. 4) 5) That the applicant shall comply with all recommendations of the geotechnical report on file with the Planning Division and any other future required soil/geotechnical studies.
