G. On June 2, 1998, the City approved an amendment to Planned Development Permit PD10307-5 to authorize the changes in the location of certain buildings shown in the Master Plan as desired by Flatirons. H. On the date of recordation of this Second Amendment, the Association is conveying fee title to Lot A and Lot B to Flatirons, portions of which parcels will become part of the Property; the Parcel Map is being filed for record in the official records of San Mateo County; and Flatirons is conveying fee title to Common Area Parcel A and Common Area Parcel B to the Association, which parcels will become two of the five New Common Area Lots and will no longer be part of the Property. I. As a result of the foregoing, the Property will consist of the eight (8) lots described in Exhibit J attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. J.
