In this Zone, common <br />area will be landscaped to connect the existing <br />common area to intersections and to the existing <br />water feature. In addition, this landscaping will <br />create boundaries and a ulandscape frame". <br />These boundaries will help form a sense of com- <br />pletion before the other phases begin.
