Flatirons shall initiate the reconfiguration or subdivision through an <br /> <br />application under the Existing Development Regulations. City shall accept any <br /> <br />al'plication submitted under this Section 7 and shall process it in accordance with <br /> <br />the Existing Development Regulations.
