<br />. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Shuttle Service. <br /> <br />Flatirons or its tenants shall provide a shuttle service to transport employees <br /> <br />who work on the Property to and from the near-est CalTrain station. This service <br /> <br />must begin upon the occupancy of 50% of the leasable space in the Project and must <br /> <br />continue throughout th~ life of the Project. Flatirons or its tenants ffiélY disc:ontinue <br /> <br />this service with the al'l'roval of City. Flatir-ons or its tenants shall pr-omote the <br /> <br />shuttle and atteml't to meet passenger demélnd.
