'.', ~:~u~ 1) That the Dèvelopment Agreement be reviewed and approved by the Ci ty Council as su bmi tted. 2) . That the applicant shall obtain development plan approval for each phase. Each development plan shall be subsequently reviewed qnd approved by the Architectural Advisory Committee and Planning Commission as provided in the Development Agreement. 3) That the applicant shall comply with all provisions of Part 77 of the Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to the project.
