The property is within the service <br />area of the Emerald Lake Hills Wastewater Management Plan agreement between the <br />County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City dated August 23, 1983, and eligible to <br />use a portion of the sewage treatment capacity allocated to the District. <br />Enclosed is Check No_ 02605736 in the amount of $3,095.70 for payment of the Wastewater <br />Treatment Capacity and Sewer Facilities fees to the City of Redwood City. The District has <br />authorized and approved the construction of a new sewer connection. Please have City <br />Council execute a Resolution consenting to the annexation and provide a copy to the District <br />to proceed with the annexation.
