Professional services agreement with Teri Black & Company to provide as - <br />needed executive recruitment services <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a three-year <br />Professional Services Agreement for executive recruitment services with Teri <br />Black & Company, in an amount not to exceed $412,500, including City Manager <br />authority to extend the agreement for two additional one-year terms, for a total <br />not to exceed contract price of $687,500. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.13. Award of contract — Marshall Street Intersection Improvements at Jefferson <br />Avenue and Middlefield Road Project <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract <br />documents and award the standard form contract 00520 for the Marshall Street <br />Intersection Improvements at Jefferson Avenue and Middlefield Road Project to <br />Seton Pacific Construction of San Francisco for their responsive and responsible <br />total bid (base bid and additive alternate bid) of $398,805 and authorize the City <br />Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the <br />amount awarded. <br />Page 2 of 6 <br />2 <br />
