CLK-Pamela Aguilar
'Yom• Lee Callister <lcallister@digiville.com>
went: Sunday, March 10, 2019 12:48 PM
To: GRP -City Council
Subject: Fwd: City Council meeting - March 11, 2019
Attachments: Strategies for Preserving Neighborhoods in R1 and RH.pdf
You will have received the attached document from others as well, but I just want to say I completely agree
with the recommendations made here to define and follow guidelines for future development in the
neighborhoods - and elsewhere, to maintain the existing aesthetic and cultural standards and spatial
considerations, and protect the integrity of the design process in Redwood City. It's not just about maximizing
revenues, or accommodating developers and individual homeowners. Of course that is part of the process.
But importantly it's also about building a city we can all be proud of 30 or 50 years from now.
Best regards
Lee Callister
