While Mount Carmel may be the current hot target for redevelopment and monster home <br />construction, it certainly won't be the last. <br />I received the attached document from my neighborhood association and see it as just the kind of common <br />sense approach we need to preserve what is is so special about Redwood City. While it is unreasonable to plat. <br />for or to expect no growth or development, the current state of uncontrolled development is unacceptable and <br />screams out for attention along the lines of the attached proposal.
