Although remodeling a home is a very hard task to take on we are very happy now with the
end result as is the neighbors around us.
I walk the neighborhood daily with my dog and have noticed at least two homes per block get sold and completely become torn down
and new very large sized homes built in its place that do not fit in with the existing homes around it.
I've attend several City Council Meetings as well as our own neighborhood association meetings and agree that we must come up with
a plan that will preserve the beautiful style and originality the existing homes hold.
I'm strongly agreeing with the attached recommendations to help get some ground rules in place to keep our beautiful neighborhood
character preserved .
r'm hoping to see this goal become reality very soon.
fhank you all for your time and ears.
Santina Campi
480 Hudson Street
Redwood City, CA. 94062
Sent from my iPad
