Fxhihif "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Project Summary <br />The City is a current client of Consultant contracting for Consultant's Prime - Business <br />License software system with Web Renewal Module. The City now desires to amend the <br />agreement executed by the City and Consultant dated March 3, 2019 and extend the <br />service term. <br />Scope of Work: The scope of work shall be the following: <br />• City currently uses HdL Prime — Business License with Web Renewals, therefore <br />no technical changes or additional requirements are expected. <br />• Consultant agrees to license and provide maintenance for HdL Prime — Business <br />License with Web Renewals to the City for up to five additional years, in exchange <br />for the annual use fees set forth below, in accordance with the terms and conditions <br />of the Agreement. <br />Costs <br />The cost for the above-mentioned extension of time is as follows: <br />• Year 1 <br />— Annual Use Fee <br />No. 3. <br />• Year 2 — <br />Annual Use Fee: <br />• Year 3 — <br />Annual Use Fee: <br />• Year 4 — <br />Annual Use Fee: <br />• Year 5 — <br />Annual Use Fee: <br />REV: 09-15-2020 PR <br />$11,054.17.
