REV: 03-24-2023 RL <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Project Summary <br />The City is a current client of Consultant contracting for Consultant’s Prime – Business <br />License software system with Web Renewal Module. The City now desires to amend <br />the agreement executed by the City and Consultant dated March 6, 2019 and extend <br />the service term for one additional year. <br />Scope of Work: The scope of work shall be the following: <br />City currently uses HdL Prime – Business License with Web Renewals, therefore <br />no technical changes or additional requirements are expected. <br />Consultant agrees to license and provide maintenance for HdL Prime – Business <br />License with Web Renewals to the City for one additional year, in exchange for <br />the annual use fees set forth below, in accordance with the terms and conditions <br />of the Agreement. <br />Costs <br />The cost for the one-year extension is as follows: <br />Annual Use Fee: $12,833.82 due May 1, 2023. <br />FIS Payment Services User Fee: $399.12 due May 1, 2023. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023/Amend.No.4/HdL Software, LLC (Amendment No. 4 HdL Prime) (Page 4 of 5)
