REV: 02-06-24 MI <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Project Summary <br />The City is currently a client of Consultant contracting for Consultant’s Prime – Business <br />License software system with Web Renewal Module. The City now desires to amend the <br />Agreement executed by the City and Consultant dated March 6, 2019 and extend the <br />service term for one additional year. <br />Scope of Work <br />The scope of work shall be the following: <br />City currently uses HdL Prime – Business License with Web Renewals, therefore <br />no technical changes or additional requirements are expected. <br />Consultant agrees to license and provide maintenance for HdL Prime – Business <br />License with Web Renewals to the City for one additional year, in exchange for the <br />annual use fees set forth below, in accordance with the terms and conditions of <br />the Agreement. <br />Costs <br />The cost for the one-year extension is as follows: <br />Annual Use Fee: $13,304.82 due May 1, 2024. <br />FIS Payment Services User Fee: $399.12 due May 1, 2024. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024/Amend.
