Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the <br />provisions of this ordinance or Ordinance No. 442 shall be deemed guilty <br />of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not <br />exceeding Three Hundred Dollars ($300) or by imprisonment in the County Jail <br />of the County of San Mateo, State of California, not exceeding ninety (90) <br />days. <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after thirty (30) days after its passage and adoption. <br />Section 4. The above and foregoing ordinance was duly introduced <br />on the <br />5th <br />day of May, <br />1941, <br />and <br />after a public hearing held on the <br />19th <br />day <br />of May <br />, <br />1941, <br />was duly passed and adopted by the <br />Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing ordinance: <br />Councilmen E. A. Fletcher F. D. Gran <br />- gr� <br />G. W. TgcNulty W. M. Werdert and, H. F. Anderson. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing ordinance: <br />Councilmen None , <br />Absent: Councilman H. 1v+Edmonds , <br />Attest: <br />Clerk of the Cit of Redwood City <br />i hereby approve the foregoing ordinance this /� day of <br />1941. <br />h4ayo40ihe y of Redwood City <br />
