Redwood City will provide a one-year warranty on any installation or upgrade of <br />software applications performed by the Software Development staff. Hours will <br />not be charged when time is spent in correcting problems provided the problems <br />are not attributable to either a third-party software vendor or Burlingame, which <br />includes but is not limited to lack of end-user testing, lack of adequate test <br />scenarios, or lack of adequate exception scenarios. Both Parties will agree to <br />the project scope prior to the starting the project. <br />2. Redwood City will comply with the File Save Tape Procedures contained in <br />Exhibit G of this Agreement. These procedures will be reviewed on annual <br />basis, usually in January. <br />3.
