<br /> 5.28 <br /> Page 5 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS ADOPTING BY REFERENCE <br />ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY NO. 36 OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />WHEREAS, Administrative Policy No. 36, Signature Authorization Policy, has <br />been adopted by the City Council of the City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, Administrative Policy No. 36 provides the Redwood City Manager <br />with authority to execute certain membership agreements, certain single-and rnultiple- <br />year leases and tenancy agreements. and certain agreements whereby City work forces <br />are engaged by outside agencies to provide a service; and <br />WHEREAS. it would be desirable for the Executive Director of the Redwood City <br />Redevelopment Agency to be authorized to execute those agreements as set forth <br />above to the same extent as the City Manager. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDWOOD CITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD OF DIRECTORS AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. that the provisions of Administrative Policy No. 36 as the same now exists <br />or hereafter is amended shall apply to the Executive Director of the Redwood City <br />Redevelopment Agency. <br /> * * * <br />Atty/Reso/Reso .1629 <br />061906 1 <br /> " .......~..."._,,->..;....~M,_.h,..'.".~............_,'~~..._~"..-......._____''---'''-''_'' <br />
