ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 38.5 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO WATER SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 38.5 of the Redwood City Municipal Code is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: "Sec. 38.5. WATER SERVICE CHARGE: In addition to all other charges and fees applicable to users of water from the water system owned or operated by the City of Redwood City, as established by the Water Rules and Regulations of the Department of Public Works Services, as amended, and this chaptef;, residential and non-residential monthly water service charges shall be paid for each water service within the water service areas and at the rate and upon the effective dates as follows: (a) Residential Water Service Charge.
