(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on March 11, 2019, <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Aguirre/Howard to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year <br />general services agreement with Bay Area Paving Co., Inc. in an amount not to exceed <br />$750,000 for concrete/asphalt repairs, including City Manager authority to extend the <br />agreement for up to two consecutive two-year terms, for a total not to exceed contract price <br />of $3,886,350, and find that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality <br />Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301 (Existing Facilities), 15302 <br />(Replacement or Reconstruction), and 15304 (Minor Alterations to Land). <br />Motion passers unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
