(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on March 11, 2019. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Aguirre/Howard to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract <br />documents and award the standard form contract 00520 for the Marshall Street Intersection <br />Improvements at Jefferson Avenue and Middlefield Road Project to Seton Pacific <br />Construction of San Francisco for their responsive and responsible total bid (base bid and <br />additive alternate bid) of $398,805 and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract <br />amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />P011V'eZ W <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
