ORDINANCE NO. P- 276 <br />ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE <br />AGREEMENT WITH CEMEX CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS <br />PACIFIC, LLC <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Public hearing having been duly noticed for, and held on <br />March 13th 2019, on the question of approval of the First <br />Amendment to a lease agreement (lease dated June 28, 2017; the "Lease") <br />hereinafter described, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 48 the Charter <br />of the City of Redwood City, the Board of Port Commissioners of the City of <br />Redwood City does hereby approve that certain First Amendment to Lease <br />Agreement entitled "First Amendment to Lease Agreement (Cemex Construction <br />Materials Pacific, LLC)" (the "First Amendment") by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners ("Port") <br />and Cemex Construction Materials Pacific, LLC ("Tenant"), which First <br />Amendment provides that the time within which to relocate an existing conveyor <br />to, or construct a new conveyor on, the area referred to in the Lease as the <br />Relocated Temporary Easement (as shown on the Revised Exhibit J attached to <br />the First Amendment), is extended to November 30, 2019. <br />Section 2. The President and Secretary of the Board of Port <br />Commissioners of the City of Redwood City are hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute the aforesaid First Amendment To Lease Agreement for and on <br />Ord - Cemex 1 <br />02/05/19 <br />
