C. Vehicle Maintenance Services for the City of Foster City, Town of Atherton, San <br />Mateo County Narcotics Task Force, and Town of Woodside <br />Council Member Ira stated his pride in the confidence shown by other agencies to <br />contract with our City to provide maintenance services. <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By Motion, approve Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with the City of <br />Foster City to increase the hourly rate from $95.21 to $106.21 to cover all <br />salary, administrative, overhead and operating costs. <br />2. By Motion, approve Amendment No. 3 to the agreement with the Town of <br />Atherton to increase the hourly labor rate from $95.21 to $106.21 to cover all <br />salary, administrative, overhead and operating costs. <br />3. By Motion, approve Amendment No. 4 to the agreement with the San Mateo <br />County Narcotics Task Force to increase the hourly labor rate from $95.21 to <br />$106.21 to cover all salary, administrative, overhead and operating costs. <br />4. By Motion, approve Amendment No. 4 to the agreement with the Town of <br />Woodside to increase the hourly labor rate from $95.21 to $106.21 to cover all <br />salary, administrative, overhead and operating costs. Vehicle Maintenance Agreement with the Woodside Fire Protection District <br />Recommendation: <br />By Motion, authorize the execution of a maintenance agreement with the <br />Woodside Fire Protection District for the maintenance and repair of its fire fighting <br />vehicles, apparatuses and related equipment. (304) MINUTE ORDER 06 -114 <br />E. Approval to reconfirm the Slurry Seal Specification requirement, which specifies <br />that the newly developed black -color aggregate material, only, is to be used for <br />the City's Slurry Seal projects. <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Approval to keep the requirement in the Slurry Seal Technical Specification, <br />which states that black -color aggregate is to be used for the City's Slurry Seal <br />projects. <br />2. Approve the Contract Documents entitled "2005 -2006 Slurry Seal Project" <br />which includes the Slurry Seal Technical Specification for black -color <br />aggregate, and authorize the advertisement for bids.
