Countywide National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General <br />Program, Stormwater Management Plan <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt the resolution authorizing the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors, <br />acting as the governing board of the San Mateo County Flood Control District, to <br />impose charges on parcels of real property in Redwood City necessary to fund the <br />Countywide NPDES General Program in Fiscal Year 2005 -2006. (802) <br />RESOLUTION 14715 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />RECOMMENDING THAT THE SAN MATEO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT <br />IMPOSE BASIC AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR FUNDING THE EXPANDED <br />SCOPE OF WORK FOR THE 2006/07 COUNTYWIDE NATIONAL POLLUTANT <br />DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM (NPDES) GENERAL PROGRAM <br />B. City Council Expense Reimbursement Policy <br />Recommendation: <br />It is recommended that the City Council (all references to City Council include the <br />City Council serving in their roles as the City of Redwood City Redevelopment <br />Agency Board of Directors and the City of Redwood City Public Financing <br />Authority Board of Directors) review and adopt the resolution approving the <br />attached policy governing the use and expenditures of City resources by council <br />members. Annual Tax Levy for the Shores Traffic Improvement District <br />Recommendation: <br />It is recommended that the City Council acting as the legislative body of the <br />Community Facilities District No. 99 -1 adopt a resolution authorizing the levy of <br />special taxes for FY 2006/07 in the amount of $778,365.24 on the parcels within <br />Redwood City Community Facilities District 99 -1 (Shores Traffic Improvement <br />District).
