Award— US -101 Pedestrian Undercrossing Project (304) MO 19-036 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract <br />documents and award the standard form contract for the US -101 Pedestrian <br />Undercrossing Project to Joseph J. Albanese, Inc. of Santa Clara for their <br />responsive and responsible low total bid of $3,903,165, and authorize the City <br />Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the <br />amount awarded. <br />CEQA: <br />Consistent with Previously -Approved Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />6.E. Agreement with the Redwood City Police Activities League for Youth Services <br />(304) MO 19-033 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement <br />between the City of Redwood City and the Redwood City Police Activities <br />League for the provision of Youth Services. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.F.
