Albanese, Inc. of Santa Clara for their <br />responsive and responsible low total bid of $3,903,165, and authorize the City <br />Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the <br />amount awarded. <br />CEQA: <br />Consistent with Previously -Approved Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />6.E.
