Deputy City Manager Alex Khojikian introduced the item and Shalice Tilton of <br />National Demographics Corporation made a presentation. <br />Mayor Bain opened the public hearing. <br />Public Comment: <br />• Collin Park <br />• Jim Hedges <br />M/S Borgens/Masur to close the public hearing passes unanimously by voice <br />vote. <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Receive a report from National Demographics Corporation (NDC), <br />2. Conduct a public hearing <br />3. Provide direction to the City's demographics consultant <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />The City Council directed Ms. Tilton and staff to review maps 13c and 21b. <br />8.
