<br />Task 3 - Prepare Technical Memorandum <br />A brief technical memorandum will be prepared de~cribing the results from An.9.]y!;eg 9. 10 3nd <br />11. <br /> <br />Optional Services <br />CDM can perform additional services that could include the following. These optional services <br />would be performed only upon receipt of specific authorization from the City- <br /> <br />Part One <br />. Visits to constnlction sites. <br />. Additional design services <br />. Instrumentation and controls modification and improvements- <br />. Services after completion of construction, such as inspections during any guarantee <br />period and reporting observed discrepancies under guarantees. <br />. Preparing to serve or serving as witness for the City in any litigation, public hearing., or <br />other legal or administrative proceeding. <br /> <br />Pt1rl Two <br />. Additional Extran analyses. <br />. Modification of the SWMM link-node model. <br />. Additional meetings with the City staff. <br /> <br />Schedule <br />Part One - Per the City staffs verbal authorization, we have begun the Part One services and <br />will continue in accordance with the City's schedule and construction contractor's schedule. <br /> <br />Part Two - Work will begin within one week following authorization from the City. Task 1 <br />Analyses 9 and 10 can be completed within three weeks. Analysis 11 can be completed within <br />one week after the analysis parameters have been given to CDM by the City. Task 3 can b~ <br />completed within two weeks after the Task 2 meeting. <br /> <br />Compensation <br />Compensation for Part One and Part Two wi11 be on an hourly basis plus out-of-pocket expenses <br />as described on the anached Billing Rate Schedule.
