Powers & Associates, Inc. <br />in an amount not to exceed $81,655, for the preparation of an Environmental <br />Impact Report in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA) Guidelines for the Veterans Memorial Senior Center/YMCA Joint Project <br />for a total not -to -exceed amount of $206,457. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.13.
