Delivery pricing must be clearly <br />defined which includes tax and license the total out the door price. This will be the amount in which <br />the purchase order will be issued. The lowest and most complete bid will be awarded to the purchase <br />of the vehicle. Any incomplete bid can be rejected. <br />As part of the proposal, Bidders will sign and date all required pages including the Specification <br />Sheet and return all pages as a part of their Bid Submission. <br />Proposals shall be hand delivered or mailed to Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 1.017 Middlefield <br />Road..
