Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Liebert <br />Cassidy Whitmore for labor relations services <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore to <br />increase the not -to -exceed value of the contract by $100,000, for an aggregate <br />amount of $270,000, and to extend the contract term to December 31, 2019. <br />Page 4 of 6 <br />
