(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on March 25, 2019. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Borgens/Aguirre to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />2 to the Professional Services Agreement with David J.
