(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on March 25, 2019. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Howard/Masur to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore to increase the not - <br />to -exceed value of the contract by $100,000, for an aggregate amount of $270,000, and to <br />extend the contract term to December 31, 2019. <br />Adopt a resolution approving an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2018-19 budget to increase <br />the Professional Services budget for the Human Resources division of the Administrative <br />Services Department by $100,000 to cover the cost of the above contract amendment. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />e'C-A I <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
