<br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Permittee hereunder, or otherwise arising from or arising out of said event or <br />any activities herein permitted. <br /> <br />City Services: Except as otherwise noted, the City agrees to provide those <br />services requested in the letter dated May 18, 2006, in furtherance of the <br />activities herein permitted. <br /> <br />Specifically, City agrees to provide the following services: <br /> <br />(a) Police Department personnel will inspect the posting of "No Parking" <br />signs and road closure barricades by Permittee. <br /> <br />The Permittee Will Provide: <br /> <br />(a) Posting of the "No Parking" signs stating "No Parking on July 4, 2006 <br />from 6:00 AM through 6:00 PM." on both sides of Broadway between <br />Southern Pacific right of way and EI Camino Real by Permittee, will be <br />completed by Saturday, July 1, 2006. <br /> <br />(b) Two (2) State licensed and bonded security guards to patrol the event <br />during the hours of 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM. <br /> <br />(c) Permittee will provide or rent barricades for this event, and set-up these <br />road closure barricades along the furthest prolongation of Broadway as it <br />intersects with EI Camino Real, California, Perry Streets and the train <br />crossings at least 10 feet west of and east of the railroad crossing devices of <br />both sides of the Southern Pacific right of way at 6:00 AM on July 4, 2006, <br />subject to the evaluation and adjustment of Police Department personnel. <br /> <br />(d) Permittee will contact all businesses affected by the street closures on <br />Broadway with sufficient time to allow for those businesses to accommodate <br />the proposed street closures. <br /> <br />(e) Sufficient personnel to clear the event of litter that may have accumulated <br />as a result of the event. This task shall be completed by 6:00 PM on the day <br />of the event. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous and Additional Matters: Additional or further matters not <br />herein described or contemplated in connection with the Car Show shall not <br />be effectuated without the prior written consent of the Police Chief. <br /> <br />Acceptance: This permit shall not be effective until fully executed by all <br />parties hereto and accepted by the Permittee and returned to the City. <br /> <br />3 <br />
