These <br />events are subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. <br /> <br />Permission is granted to the Peninsula Celebration Association ("Permittee"), by the <br />City of Redwood City ("City"). This permit is subject to the following terms and <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Parade. Festival. Arts & Crafts Fair. and Fireworks Display: Permittee <br />shall sponsor said activities. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br />City. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Non-Transferability: This permit is non-transferable. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Location: The parade herein permitted shall be conducted and the route <br />reserved therefore in the areas shown on the attached map of the letter dated <br />April 11, 2006. The fair and festival herein permitted shall be conducted and <br />the streets reserved therefore on Jefferson Avenue from Veterans Boulevard to <br />Marshall Street, Bradford Street from Main Street to Hamilton Street, <br />Middlefield Road from Veterans Boulevard to Marshall Street, and Hamilton <br />Street from Bradford Street to Marshall Street. In conjunction with the <br />fireworks display, the Police Department will implement street closures, and <br />traffic control measures needed to maintain orderly vehicular traffic. Should <br />roadwork in the stated parade route and festival area not be completed to allow <br />
