<br />6.3A <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Supermarkets: Markets with garbage grinders or other mechanical <br />disposal systems in other similar classes of use: <br /> <br />Minimum monthly rate, effective August 25, 2006: Thirty-Three Dollars <br />and No Cents ($33.00), plus an additional monthly charge of Three Dollars <br />and Seventy-Three Cents ($3.73) per one hundred (100) cubic feet of <br />waste or wastewater discharged or deposited into the sewerage facilities <br />in excess of one thousand (1000) cubic feet. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Institutional and Public: All establishments used for institutional <br />purposes, both private and public, including schools, colleges, rest homes, <br />clubs, public buildings, lodges, and other similar classes of use: <br /> <br />Minimum monthly rate, effective August 25, 2006: Thirty-Three Dollars <br />and No Cents ($33.00), plus an additional monthly charge of Two Dollars <br />and Sixteen Cents ($2.16) per one hundred (100) cubic feet of waste or <br />wastewater discharged or deposited into the sewerage facilities in excess <br />of one thousand (1000) cubic feet. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Hospitals: All institutions where the sick or injured are given medical or <br />surgical care: <br /> <br />Minimum monthly rate, effective August 25, 2006: Thirty-Three Dollars <br />and No Cents ($33.00), plus an additional monthly charge of Two Dollars <br />and Thirty-Two Cents ($2.32) per one hundred (100) cubic feet of waste or <br />wastewater discharged or deposited into the sewerage facilities in excess <br />of one thousand (1000) cubic feet. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Industrial: All establishments used for industrial purposes including, but <br />not limited to, manufacturing plants, processing plants, producers, <br />laundries, photo processors, electric service institutions, packagers, and <br />other similar classes of use: <br /> <br />Minimum monthly rate, effective August 25, 2006: Thirty-Three Dollars <br />and No Cents ($33.00) plus an additional monthly charge of One Dollar <br />and Ninety-Two Cents ($1.92) per one hundred (100) cubic feet of waste <br />or wastewater discharged or deposited into the sewerage facilities in <br />excess of one thousand (1000) cubic feet. <br /> <br />B. User Categories: The determination of the appropriate user category for <br />particular premises shall be made by City's Director based upon the waste or <br />wastewater constituents or characteristics of such user, including such factors as <br />biochemical oxygen demand, suspended solids, and volume. consistent with the <br />categories hereinabove in subdivision A established.
