Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the five year Cooperative Service <br />Agreement and the first year's Work and Financial Plan for $57,600 between the City <br />of Redwood City and United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health <br />Inspection Service Wildlife Services. <br />2.
