Attachment 1 <br />This quitclaim deed is recorded pursuant to a boundary line agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and an abutting property owner. The boundary line agreement is recording <br />concurrently. This quitclaim deed is solely to affirm that Transferor has no, right, title or interest <br />in the real property described in the deed, and to acknowledge Transferee's title in that real <br />property, to the extent Transferee is the fee simple owner of the property. Accordingly, this <br />quitclaim deed is not a sale of realty under Revenue and Taxation Code section 11911 or a <br />change of ownership under Revenue and Taxation Code section 60 et seq. <br />
