Development of Conceptual Cost Estimates <br />Development of thorough conceptual cost estimates is important to assist the city in securing <br />funding through grant applications and ultimately implementing projects. Consultant shall <br />prepare conceptual cost estimates for the Preferred Alternative with enough detail for future <br />grant applications. This shall include estimates for all infrastructure components (e.g. <br />intersections, bus stops, and signals) as well as any potential easements or utility relocations. <br />Consultant shall develop a project implementation plan for the preferred alternative, to include <br />recommendations for the phasing, prioritization, and funding of discrete projects, which will <br />cumulatively represent the overall preferred alternative. Funding sources relevant to specific <br />projects shall be identified, potentially including opportunities to integrate improvements into <br />construction related to private developments. <br />Deliverables: <br />Conceptual cost estimates for the preferred alternative <br />Phasing plan for implementation <br />Task 7. Development of Draft and Final Plan Report & 10-15% Design <br />Task 7.1 Draft Traffic Calming Plan <br />Consultant shall develop a draft Traffic Calming Plan, which shall incorporate the Task 2-6 <br />deliverables into a cohesive narrative that explains the community design process. This shall <br />include the final versions of applicable graphics from previous tasks for a visually -appealing <br />narrative.
