6.F. - Page 5 of 32 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />The City Council adopted a resolution certifying the Final Environmental Impact Report for the California <br />Way Water Tank, Pump Station and Pipeline Project on May 8th, 2017. <br />The Mitigation, Monitoring and Reporting Plan were made part of the Project Documents to provide for <br />the compliance with all CEQA guidelines. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public Notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting.
