Per Section 00200 1.14E of the project <br />specifications, the discrepancy between the Base Bid line item totals and the Base Bid Total <br />shall be resolved in favor of the correct sum of the Base Bid line items. Secondly, the Base Bid <br />Line Item #14 total does not equal the product of the unit price and the line item quantity.
