Per Section 00200 1.14F of the project <br />specifications, the discrepancy between the Base Bid line item totals and the Base Bid Total <br />shall be resolved in favor of the correct sum of the Base Bid line items. Secondly, the Base Bid <br />Line Item #14 total does not equal the product of the unit price and the line item quantity. Per <br />Section 00200 1.14E of the project specifications, the unit price shall prevail. <br />Conclusion: In evaluating the bid and resolving the discrepancies noted, Disney Construction <br />Inc. is the apparent low bidder with a Total Bid of $10,022,000. <br />Confirmation Request: Please submit in writing within one (1) day of this notification to confirm <br />that Disney.
