City staff have reached a tentative settlement, whereby the City will pay $81,076.64 <br />in full and final settlement of all claims arising out employment with the City, except for Workers' <br />Compensation claims. The complete terms of the tentative settlement are memorialized in the attached <br />Settlement and Release Agreement. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The City Attorney's Office recommends approval of the settlement as delineated in the Settlement and <br />Release Agreement. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The settlement proceeds will be withdrawn from the City's Employee Benefits Internal Service Fund. <br />City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA. 94063 Tel: 650-780-7000 www.redwoodcity.ore <br />175 <br />
