• The California Vehicle Code, recognizes the limitations to <br />the standard private parking facility enforcement and allows <br />Cities by resolution to authorize a property owner and/or <br />parking operator to enforce the parking restrictions at their <br />private parking facility through parking charges for <br />violations. <br />" (2) (A) If a city, county, or city and county enacts an ordinance or <br />resolution authorized by paragraph (1), the city, county, or city and <br />county may include in that ordinance or resolution authorization for <br />the operator of a privately owned and maintained offstreet parking <br />facility to regulate unauthorized parking in that facility." <br />r_� <br />Redwood <br />Cityi <br />
