Update on ERP vendor selection process and agreement with OpenGov to <br />enhance public access to City financial information and provide budgeting and <br />planning, organizational performance, and citizen engagement tools <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a three-year <br />agreement with OpenGov Inc. for Budgeting and Planning, Organizational <br />Performance, and Citizen Engagement, for a total contract amount of $300,000, <br />and authorize the City Manager to amend the agreement for an additional <br />amount of $30,000 in the event additional services are necessary, for a total <br />contract amount of $330,000. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.13.
