Transmission Main Project to Anderson Pacific Engineering Construction, Inc. for <br />their Responsive and Responsible Low Bid of $10,512,160.00, and authorize the <br />City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the <br />amount awarded, not to exceed $11,563,376.00. <br />2. By resolution, approve an appropriation amendment to the Fiscal Year 2018- <br />2019 Water Fund Capital Projects budget to increase revenues by $3,000,000.00 <br />and increase expenditures by $3,000,000.00 for project award and <br />implementation; and approve a transfer of $3,000,000.00 of funds reserves <br />from the Water Operations Fund Capital Projects budget to the Water Fund <br />Capital Projects budget. <br />CEQA: <br />Consistent with Prior Environmental Impact Report <br />6.G. Revocable License Agreement with the Redwood City Kiwanis Club for the <br />location of a Farmers' Market on Arguello Street at Bradford Street for a term <br />of three years with two one-year extensions; and a Resolution authorizing the <br />temporary closure of city streets for the Market <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute a Revocable License <br />Agreement with the Kiwanis Club to operate a farmers' market in the vicinity of <br />Arguello and Bradford Streets for a term of three years, with two one-year <br />extensions. <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving temporary street closures in the vicinity of <br />Arguello Street and Bradford Street for a seasonal Downtown Farmers Market <br />on Saturdays from April through November each year starting April 2019 <br />through November 2024. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 4. Minor alterations to land <br />6.H. Resolution approving the temporary street closure for the 8th annual Sequoia <br />Stampede 5k Event <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution designating the event route for the 8th annual Sequoia <br />Stampede 5k event sponsored by the Sequoia High School Booster Club and <br />approving the temporary partial closure of the streets along the route as <br />designated in Exhibit "A". <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Page 4of7 <br />
