Transmission Main Project to Anderson Pacific Engineering Construction, Inc. for <br />their Responsive and Responsible Low Bid of $10,512,160.00, and authorize the <br />City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the <br />amount awarded, not to exceed $11,563,376.00. <br />2.
