(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 8, 2019. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Borgens/Howard to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br />agreement for land use planning consulting services with Lisa Wise Consulting, Inc. in <br />the amount of $132,860 for the preparation of Residential Design Guidelines, and <br />authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the agreement for additional <br />services as needed in the amount of $13,286, for a total amount of $146,146. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />� Z, ke <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
