(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 8, 2019. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Borgens/Howard to: <br />1. Disqualify the bid of Disney Construction Inc., award the standard form contract 00520 for <br />the California Water Tank, Pump Station, and Transmission Main Project to Anderson Pacific <br />Engineering Construction, Inc. for their Responsive and Responsible Low Bid of <br />$10,512,160.00, and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if <br />necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded, not to exceed $11,563,376.00. <br />2. By resolution, approve an appropriation amendment to the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Water <br />Fund Capital Projects budget to increase revenues by $3,000,000.00 and increase <br />expenditures by $3,000,000.00 for project award and implementation; and approve a transfer <br />of $3,000,000.00 of funds reserves from the Water Operations Fund Capital Projects budget <br />to the Water Fund Capital Projects budget. <br />Motion passes unanimo2by electronic vote. <br />��Zl A <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
